NGC281 The Pacman Nebula

This target was my first narrow band object taken two years ago. I have repeated it now in order to see if there was any improvement. The original can be seen here

This image was taken on the nights of 10, 15, 22 September 2014 and consists of 23 x 600s Ha, 16 x 600s OIII and 18 x 600s SII through a Megrez 90 telescope and Atik 460EX mono CCD camera using Astrodon 3 nm filters.

This nebula is named after the Pacman game that was common in the age of the BBC microcomputer. It can be found in the constellation of Cassiopeia.
