with a 400mm Canon lens on a 20Da, 25 exposures
each of 30s at iso 400. Stacked using ImagesPlus and processed in
Photoshop.
M42 The Orion
Nebula This
brilliant Nebula was apparently missed by Galileo who did study Orion. It
is one of the grandest naked eye nebulae just below the belt of Orion in the
sword. It is 1500 light-years distant. The running man nebula is to
be seen to the left in the above
image.
